Completion of autoroute 30
The Quebec Government has announced that they have appointed a contractor to complete Autoroute 30 by 2012. This means that there will be an Autoroute all the way from Sorel on the East and terminate adjacent to the Port of Valleyfield. This will greatly enhance the road access to Valleytank.
Change of ownership
The Bergen based Larsen family group of companies has made an internal transfer of the ownership of Valleytank Inc. to Increased Oil Recovery A/S. Valleytank therefore still retains its Norwegian parentage which it has had since its inception in 1970.
